The Molde location had its family day on June 10th 2023. More than 500 people, young and old, spent the day with Brunvoll on this warm and sunny day. The event was arranged in cooperation with Myldr and Molde Live. It included visits from MFK (Molde Football Club), Ila Auto, Flying Seagulls and the children’s TV character Bjørnis the firefighter.
Our location in Dalen in Telemark also had their family day on June 10th. Bjørnis stopped by for a visit there as well – no word on how he managed to be in two places 518 kilometres apart simultaneously. Aasmund Nordstoga provided musical entertainment; there was a quiz, face painting, and a bouncy castle, and you could also live out your captain’s dreams by «steering» a ship simulator.
Finally, our Volda location had its family day on June 17th. Here you could tour the Brunvoll factory and museum, the bravest could try abseiling, and you could attend the “Cars & coffee” exhibit. The youngest enjoyed face painting and the bouncy castle. Bjørnis, the firefighting bear, also stopped by in Volda–he must really enjoy entertaining the Brunvoll children.
The three family day events were a great success and have proved to be a great way to give back to the families and local community of our employees. Attendance was high and we received good feedback after the events.
